How the estimate works
Simple, transparent math you can check yourself.
- 1
Clicks
Your budget divided by the average cost per click for your industry and channel.
- 2
Leads
Clicks multiplied by the typical share of visitors who call, write or book.
- 3
Customers
Leads multiplied by your close rate: the industry average, or your own if you enter it.
- 4
Revenue and ROAS
Customers times your average customer value, compared with what you spent.
Every number is a range: the low end assumes pricier clicks and weaker conversion, the high end the opposite. Most well-run campaigns land in between.
Questions about ad budgets
For a local business, €300–1,000 a month on one channel is a sensible start. Less than that can work for testing, but results take longer to read.
Google is best when people already search for what you sell (dentist, plumber, lawyer). Instagram and Facebook are best when your work is visual or people don't know they need it yet (beauty, restaurants, gyms).
No. The budget in the calculator is what you pay Google or Meta. Managing the campaigns is a separate monthly fee — see the ad management plans on the pricing page.
It's an educated range based on published averages. Your real numbers depend on your offer, your website and your competition. After the first month of a real campaign we work with your own data.
Google Search can bring calls in the first days. Meta usually needs 2–4 weeks to find the right audience. Plan on a full month before judging results.
