Contact form: your name, business name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, website, business type, preferred language, service of interest and your message.

Communications: if you contact me by email, WhatsApp or phone, the information you share in that conversation.

Technical data: the hosting provider automatically logs data such as IP address, browser and time of access for security and abuse prevention. It is not used to build profiles.

Visits: when you open a page, I get a short notice with that page, the site you came from, your device type and an approximate city and country worked out from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored.

I don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't include it in the form.

To answer your inquiry and talk with you about your project. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

To prepare proposals and, if we work together, deliver and invoice the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

To keep the website secure and prevent misuse of the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

To know when someone is looking at my services, through the visit notices described above. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). They are not used for advertising or to identify you.

I don't send marketing without your permission, I don't sell your data and I don't make automated decisions that affect you.

If you only make an inquiry and we don't end up working together, your data is deleted within 12 months of our last communication.

If you become a client, it is kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting and invoicing records).

You can ask for earlier deletion, unless the law requires the data to be kept.

Only with providers needed to run the website and the service, who process data on my instructions:

Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Web3Forms (delivery of form messages by email), the email provider I use to receive and answer messages and, if you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta.

Your data is not passed to third parties for their own purposes, unless required by law.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@yoilenjuan.es saying which right you want to exercise. You'll get an answer within one month.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority where you live.

If you live in the United States, you can ask what personal information I hold about you and request its deletion. Personal information is not sold or shared for advertising.

This website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Visit notices work without cookies. It may only use strictly necessary storage to work, for example to remember the language you choose.

The WhatsApp button is a plain link: WhatsApp only receives data if you choose to open it. If analytics are added in the future, your consent will be requested before they are enabled and this policy will be updated.

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. Data from children under 14 (or under 13 in the United States) is not knowingly collected.

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but any incident affecting your data will be reported as the law requires.

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
